Sigourney also appeared on Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II as Dana Barrett and in 1995 she played the character of Helen Hudson, an agoraphobic criminal psychologist in the 1995 suspense-thriller Copycat (with Jodie Foster) and soon Sigourney went on to become the most highly paid actress of the 1990s. Other notable films included Gorillas in the Mist (1988) where she played the true-to-life character of Dian Fossey, a well-known naturalist who has dedicated her life in protecting the endangered gorillas of Rwanda.
